Crystal Philcox is the founder of Philcox Consulting and a former senior federal executive whose career spans government technology, digital transformation, acquisition, data strategy, and fleet management. She most recently served as GSA's Assistant Commissioner for Travel, Transportation and Logistics, overseeing strategic direction for the agency's Office of Fleet Management and other major government-wide programs. During more than eight years at GSA, she also held senior leadership roles in enterprise strategy, technology transformation, and IT acquisition. Earlier in her career, she served as the Chief of Staff of the IRS. Today, Crystal advises organizations on procurement strategy, technology adoption, service delivery, and transformation.
